(a) BACK TO SCHOOL JAM 

We need the following SCHOOL SUPPLIES: Calculators, Index Cards, 12 ct. Blue or Black Pens,
2 Pocket Folders, 3-Ring 1 inch Binders,College Ruled Loose Leaf Paper, College Ruled Spiral Note Books,
12 ct. Color Pencils, 12ct. Pencils, Rulers, Protractors, & Primary Writing Tablets.
DROP OFF LOCATIONS:  Look for Back to School Bins in the Narthex and the Fellowship Hall
DEADLINE to drop off your supplies:  Sunday, July 22nd

Vendor Registration Fee:  $80
Vendor Space may be shared by more than one vendor.

Vendor registration forms are also available at the Wakanda Back
to School Table after service on the front lawn, in the Narthex, or Church Office.

 

(c) FAMILY and FRIENDS DAY MEAL TICKETS

NO TICKETS AVAILABLE on THE DAY OF THE EVENT

Meal consist of 2 Pieces of Chicken, Biscuit, Cookie, Lemonade

Adults – $8.00 with 2 sides / Children (age 11 and under) – $7.00 with 1 side

You may bring your own picnic basket &/or grill which can be set up in one of the designated parking lots.

Please bring your own ice…Bottled water will be available.

Entertainment/Concessions: Climbing Wall, Game Truck, Train Ride, Balloon Art, Face Painting/
Popcorn, Snow Cones, Cotton Candy

ATTIRE:   On Family & Friends Day if you want, please wear appropriate
casual attire. (African influenced attire works too!)

You may purchase your meal ticket, sign up as a volunteer, drop off your donated school supplies
and find out more about the activities at the WAKANDA BACK TO SCHOOL TABLE
after Sunday service on the front lawn.
